- Available beginning on December 3, 2018 at 10 a.m. until we have reached capacity on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Schools may register up to 40 students and 3 advisers.
- All schools will need to complete the online registration form linked above. Phone/email registrations are NOT accepted.
After school's complete the online form, they will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to one business day for the confirmation email.
For schools requesting to register more than 40 students, please indicate this when prompted on the States Registration form. The MASC/MAHS office will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
No hotel reservations can be made until after Registration is complete. This is an Amway Grand policy.
The Participant Registration Form must be completed for each participant in full by March 1st, 2019. Any changes to the Participant Registration Forms and final numbers are due at this time.
Note: Hotel registration information will be sent on January 8th. At this time advisers will receive a confirmation email containing their updated conference registration totals. This email will also contain the Participant Registration Form and information on hotel room registration. Any hotel questions need to be directed to Angel Brewer at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Participant Registration Form must be completed for each participant in full by March 1st, 2019.
