Hey everyone! So I planned on posting more of these during this past month but I have been so busy with spirit week and homecoming and such. But anyways, I wanted to let you guys all know about the stuff my school has planned for our pep rally. On friday, we have a half day so pretty much we just have a series of events in our gym almost all day. Normally, it's always been the same ol' games like the limbo, sack races, mummy wrap, etc. etc. But this year, I thought it would be cool for us to switch it up. Instead of the limbo, we're doing a "Don't forget the lyrics" kind of thing. We have it to where each class has two groups of 10, each with a different song.

MASC/MAHS Adviser of the Year Award ApplicationApplications must be RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE no later than March 10, 2011 and sent to: Student Councils and honor societies are heavily supported and guided by advisers in the schools. It is important that students have the opportunity to recognize these influential men and women. MASC/MAHS will recognize one outstanding honor society, and student council adviser from each of the 12 Centers, then out of those award recipients, chooses one that stands out above the rest and honors him or her as either the Honor Society Adviser of the Year, or the Student Council Adviser of the Year. The State Student Council Adviser of the Year is then submitted to the National Adviser of the Year program sponsored by the National Association of Student Councils (at this time, the highest honor that an honor society adviser may receive is at the state level).
