Submitted by non member on Tue, 11/06/2007 - 18:40.

Hosting an MASC/MAHS conference is a true way to build morale in your student group, all while learning lessons that will last well into adulthood. You will be challenged with many different issues, but overall--the product that is produced gives instant gratification!

Regional Conferences run from mid-February through early-March. For information on hosting a Regional Conference, please see the Regional Host Handbook.

For schools interested in hosting the Annual Student State Conference, please click HERE.

picture of Jack KalousekThe Michigan Association of Student Councils and Honor Societies lost a dear friend in February 2007. Mr. Jack Kalousek taught and advised at Franklin High School (Livonia, Michigan) for 12 years and was serving as their Student Activities' Director. He was passionate about student leadership and providing students opportunities to grow. His involvement at the local, state and national level was matched by very few advisers in Michigan.. He was well-known, respected, loved and treasured by advisers and students throughout Michigan and he will be dearly missed.
