MASSP, as well as MASC & MAHS, divides the state into 12 Regions, or Centers, based on geographic location. Due to membership in that geographic area, some Centers are larger than others. MASSP, MASC & MAHS have representatives from each center on the Board of Directors and Board of Delegates.
The purpose of the MASC and MAHS shall be to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership and to develop character in the students of secondary schools in Michigan.
