Submitted by admin on Thu, 09/25/2008 - 12:56.

  1. Application submission is only available through our website and must be accompanied by full payment via our secure online payment processing system. If for any reason the application is not accepted by MASSP, all money paid will be returned to the applicant within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Commercial exhibits on the MASSP/MASC/MAHS Student Leadership Virtual Exhibit are restricted to products and/or services directly related to school student groups, advisers and middle and secondary schools. MASSP reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit which in its judgment is not suitable to the virtual exhibit. This reservation is all inclusive.
  3. Exhibitor information will be confined to the Virtual Exhibit webpage and the individual company’s assigned webpage as developed by MASSP and must conform to our website layouts and formatting.
  4. Exhibitors may not give, exchange or share their assigned webpage or logo space with another company.
  5. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MASSP from and against any and all liability and expenses for personal injury and property damage or loss arising from, or out of, the use by the exhibitor of its exhibit space or its activities in connection therewith.
  6. Appearance on the Virtual Exhibit page will be assigned according to your alphabetical order of exhibitors for the 2009 Exhibit year.
  7. A graduated payment scale will be in effect for exhibitors that join the virtual showcase February 1 and after. The rate for the desired exhibit will be divided by 12 months, with 1/12th of the full cost being deducted each month the exhibitor missed.
  8. Once a virtual exhibit application is accepted, refunds will not be provided for any reason. Should a company request removal of their information from the Virtual Exhibit during the paid term, we will fulfill the removal request. A refund will not be granted for any reason.
  9. A full exhibit year runs January 1 - December 31 (except for 2009, which begins January 29, 2009). A Virtual Exhibit Booth includes (1) logo on the main Virtual Exhibit page, up to 180 pixels wide and under 100 kb; (2) a unique exhibitor webpage within our website; (3) inclusion in up to three searchable categories on our website. Additional options for increased visibility may become available in the future and will be offered as options upon availability.
  10. The exhibitor agrees that MASSP shall have the right to make such rules and regulations or changes in website arrangements of virtual booths for said exhibition, as it shall deem necessary and to amend same from time to time. MASSP shall have the final determination and enforcement of all rules, regulations and conditions. It is mutually agreed that the rules and regulations are part of this contract to which the exhibitor agrees to be bound.
