IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL ADVISERS!!

Dear Advisers,

We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday April 5th, 2008, at the Grand Traverse Resort!
Below are some important reminders and details we would like you to know before the conference.

First thing: if you have vegetarians, please email the names (and your school name) to
kadi@mymassp.com by Tuesday, April 1, 2008.

For all advisers and students attending the MASC/MAHS 2008 State Conference, please complete the following REQUIRED forms and turn them in AT REGISTRATION! Thank you!

STUDENTS

• Responsibility/Compliance Agreement Form
• Medical/Health Form 

ADVISERS 

• Responsibility Agreement
• Medical/Health Form [suggested for adults with medical concerns; not required]

Saturday
Wear your school colors, council or chapter shirts or something that screams "school pride"!
A group picture will be taken upon arrival, so be prepared to show your spirit.

Sunday
Wear Business Casual! (during the day AND during the banquet)
Business Casual means no jeans, no sweat pants & no flip flops!

Monday
Wear your State Conference T-Shirt!
Just remember to bring your pants! State Conference t-shirts will given out at no charge to every conference attendee!

In the past, the common perception of a State Conference has included various keynote speakers to convey the host school's theme and message to the students; however, we are confident that there are other-perhaps more effective-ways to inspire 1200 student leaders.  

This year's state conference will revolve around the theme of "Becoming a Champion," or more importantly one movie, Emmanuel's Gift.
