Eisenhower High School is very excited to be hosting the 2009 MASC/MAHS State Conference. We invite you to come and spend a weekend with us as we present "Operation Leadership: Be All You Can Be." Our mission is to train and raise the next generation of leaders. We will refine your leadership skills and help to prepare you to face the problems and challenges of our world. You are already strong. Our mission is to make you leader strong. We'll offer you the best training out there. The best training means that all leaders are ready for any challenge, any obstacle, at anytime. The best teamwork means that leaders will know what it takes to be a link in a strong chain. We will hold you to a higher standard than that of an average civilian. You will be loyal, to both yourself and your team. You will respect your officers and others. You will serve tirelessly and without concern of yourself. You will live a life of honor and nobility, because you are a leader. Lastly, you will have courage of the heart and of the soul. You will become Leader Strong. We will give you all the characteristics of a leader: Be Inspiring, Be Determined, Be Respected, Be Fearless; but in the end of our great mission you will become "All You Can Be."

This conference will be an important step to improving your leadership skills. We will bring an atmosphere of true determination as we model our leadership skills to those of the U.S. Army. The army faces challenges, and they fight to overcome those challenges. The army builds leaders. Leaders can be defined in many ways, but they should all have one thing in common: they must ‘Be Remembered.' Our conference will teach you the skills you need to truly be an effective leader. A soldier is fearless, and we want you, in your future as a leader, to reach every goal you set for yourself. We can give you the strength and the knowledge to make your difference in the world. We hope you are ready to be faced with this challenge, and we want you to look forward to it. We face a world of challenges, but can make powerful changes if we have the training to be effective leaders. The 2009 State Conference will help you "Be All You Can Be."

The purpose of the MASC and MAHS shall be to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership and to develop character in the students of secondary schools in Michigan.
