Thank you for your interest in joining ranks of Collegiate leaders with MASC/MAHS! Before starting this application, be sure to read through it and make sure that you understand all of the steps and procedures. Also, make sure that you acquaint yourself with all of the responsibilities and procedures of being a CVFC member--you will be asked to certify this at the end of the application.

Know that the selection staff will strive to select the most highly qualified for the position, and all applicants will be notified of their status by mid-April. Required dates that CVFC members will be participating in training will be posted ASAP.

This application should be completed once you have gathered all of the information. In other words, do not begin and then come back to it. The deadline for entries is 11:59p April 18, 2011.
