One year as a camper, one as a Junior Counselor and two more as a Head Junior Counselor led to four great years as a Senior Counselor surrounded graduating from Hillsdale College, hanging up my baseball spikes, starting working in the real world and then........I moved to England. Seven years auditing companies for PwC have probably stripped me of some creativity which has led me to miss my yearly invigoration of energy I would get at Albion/Central/Aquinas. Although, I am moving from our Assurance (or audit practice) and into Learning & Development writing and teaching training courses, so camp has paid some longer term dividends. Travelling the world has been amazing! I started with the best, Paris, and have been to Prague, Dublin (a few times), the Ryder Cup in Ireland, Bath, Stonehenge, Oxford, Berlin, Kolkata India, Rome, Tenerife, Niagara Falls, Venice, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Lecce, swimming in the Adriatic, Brussels, Vienna, Florence, the Lake District, Edinburgh, the British Open at Carnoustie, the isle of Portland for an amazingly scenic weekend, Cornwall, Liverpool and very soon Singapore and three weeks in Australia will be on the list. Living in Birmingham, England (they have a B-ham too) for almost three years, driving on the left side of the road, spending pounds and quickly learned to support Aston Villa in football (theirs, not ours, and I love it).
