Students atteding our Camp are required to turn in the forms below upon arrival to Camp. Forms must be completely filled out, signed appropriately and brought to registration. Students without their forms will NOT be admitted to our programs.
REQUIRED FORMS FOR ALL DELEGATES:
All attendees must print the MEDICAL form and EXPECTATIONS form and BRING THEM with you to camp!

This form is only necessary if students are arriving AFTER the designated registration period or must leave early from camp. Before printing this form, please visit the Arrival/Departure page to view the parameters under which students can arrive late or leave early. If you cannot abide by them, please join us another year for camp when it is more convenient for you.
