As a host school, you will be in touch with our office from now until the time of your event, and then even afterwards for the evaluation process. We expect that you will complete tasks as requested and do things above and beyond your outlined duties to make your Fall Training Institute the best one of the year! Together, we can create a fabulous day for all those involved!
Whether it’s your first time or tenth time hosting, every location and every conference is different. Keep an open mind to new and changing ideas, and never hesitate to bring something new to the day!
One of the most important things to consider is INFORMATION! Make sure that the entire hosting group knows what’s going on and what their role is. This will alleviate various issues the day of the event. The host school can never be too prepared, too knowledgeable, or too helpful!
